RESEARCH ACHIEVEMENTS
According to a 3rd party consulting report regarding our research accomplishments in the past five years, it is thought that our research competency has become world-class. Comparing to other schools within the top 25 of QS World University Rankings by Subject, our number of publication is ranked 8th, the average H5 Index of individual faculty members is ranked 9th , and the citation per paper is ranked 9th . The following data is a comparison among SNU CBE and chemical engineering departments in top universities of QS Subject ranking. It is calculated by analyzing the research output of faculty members from each school’s website and it may not match the QS’ index.
